NOTE: If you are a current applicant and need to report changes to information previously submitted on your application, please review the information below.

If you would like to:
  • Check Application Status (Fall 2025 – available mid-December)

  • Make changes to personal information
    Please make corrections to your personal information (e.g. name, birthdate, city of birth, SSN, citizenship, gender, parent contact, address, email) by going directly to the UC Application site opens in a new window.
  • Withdraw your application (Fall 2025 – available mid-December)
    Please log in to the myApplication site opens in a new window to submit your withdrawal request.
  • Test Scores
    Please make corrections to your test scores (e.g. ACT, SAT, SAT subject tests, English language proficiency test, IB, AP, international exams) by going directly to the UC Application site opens in a new window. Official scores and planned exams must be updated on the UC Application by January to guarantee consideration in the review process.
  • Corrections to non-academic info
    UCLA will not review updates to the personal insight questions, awards, activities, employment, and additional comments.
  • First-year student updates to coursework
    UCLA will not review updates to your academic history (e.g. grades, courses). If you are admitted, you will have an opportunity to submit updates and report any changes to coursework at that time.

The deadlines opens in a new window for requesting a post-submission change to the major choice you originally selected on the UC application have already passed. Therefore, we cannot accommodate your request at this time.
